1. Scope of Services

Vigents provides brand strategy, content creation, and growth consulting for creators and businesses.
Each collaboration is defined by a written proposal or contract specifying deliverables, timeline, and fees.

2. Payment & Fees

All fees are stated in USD (unless otherwise agreed).
Payment is due before work begins unless otherwise stated in the proposal.
Late payments may delay project delivery or incur additional charges.

3. Revisions & Delivery

Our standard packages include [x] revision rounds.
Additional changes beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.
Delivery is completed when the final files or content links are shared with the client.

4. Intellectual Property

All creative materials remain the property of Vigents until full payment is received.
After payment, the client obtains the right to use the final deliverables for their own brand purposes.
Vigents retains the right to display the work in portfolios and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

If a project is canceled before completion, the client is responsible for all work completed up to that point.
Digital or consulting services that have already begun are non-refundable.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all required materials, feedback, and approvals within reasonable timeframes.
Delays in communication may extend deadlines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Vigents is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We do not guarantee specific financial outcomes from our services, though we commit to high professional standards.

8. Data & Privacy

Personal data collected through this site is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The revised version becomes effective upon posting.
